It happens every year. Fire besieges the village with unprecedented voracity. Without people, the void can also become a powder keg.

It happens every year. Fire besieges the village with unprecedented voracity. The surroundings, once an extension of the homes, are now as abandoned as most of the houses. The dense, untended vegetation becomes unstoppable fuel that, in just a few minutes, threatens to engulf the place where several generations lived their lives. Beyond, miles of forest seem to silently wait for a spark to set them ablaze uncontrollably. Without people, the void can also turn into a powder keg.
